Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or set large air fryer oven to 390°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Toss broccoli florets and bell peppers with 1 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Spread evenly across the baking sheet, leaving room in the center for salmon.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and remaining 1 tbsp olive oil until emulsified.

  4. 4

Place salmon fillets in the center of the sheet pan. Spoon half of the honey garlic glaze generously over the tops of each fillet.

  5. 5

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender-crisp. Spoon remaining glaze over salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

👨‍🍳 Chef Notes & Tips

For extra caramelization, turn on the oven broiler for the final 90 seconds. Keep an eye on it so the honey glaze doesn’t burn.
