Instructions

  1. 1

Crumble feta cheese into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the S-blade.

  2. 2

Add Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, grated garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

  3. 3

Process on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stopping once to scrape down sides, until the dip becomes completely smooth, velvety, and airy.

  4. 4

Transfer whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create rustic swooshes.

  5. 5

Drizzle generously with olive oil and hot honey. Garnish with toasted pistachios, red pepper flakes, and fresh mint. Serve with warm pita or crisp vegetables.

👨‍🍳 Chef Notes & Tips

Always buy block feta packed in brine rather than pre-crumbled feta. Pre-crumbled feta contains anti-caking starches that prevent it from whipping into a silky texture.
