In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.

In a separate measuring cup, whisk melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg white until frothy.

Pour wet ingredients over dry mixture and toss thoroughly until every oat flake is evenly coated and glistening.

Spread onto the baking sheet and press down firmly with the back of a spatula into an even, compact layer.
